Wandrwise LLC provides marketing consulting, visibility audits, branding consulting, customer acquisition consulting, content strategy, and AI-assisted business analysis. Our primary product is the Local Visibility Audit, a custom consulting and informational service. All services are advisory in nature.

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to requests for information needed to deliver services
• Use our recommendations at your own discretion and risk
• Comply with all applicable laws when implementing recommendations

Fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed by Stripe. The Local Visibility Audit is offered at $99 USD. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

All website content, templates, frameworks, and methodologies are owned by Wandrwise LLC. Deliverables provided to you may be used for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our proprietary materials without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandrwise LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
